I learned very early on in my mental health journey that I am responsible, at some level, for every single thing I do whether it’s a symptom or not. That some of it isn’t acceptable, or scary, and that’s *my* problem and my thing to deal with. Mrs. Kerzner and friends would do well to learn this.

I believe Mrs. Kerzner would be the first to say this in one of her videos *if* I, an evil sociopath shitting my bed, hadn't said it first:

"Fear isn't an excuse to behave abusively."

In fact, I'm sure she *has* said it, somewhere, but I'm not sure where…

yet.
