Last I checked, Michael was a homophobic straight guy in his 50s. Why homophobic? Multiple times he accused me of being a “failed straight” that whored myself out to gay men (as if that’s bad) so I don’t become homeless, and that’s why I married an outspoken foreigner (always emphasized).

Until I have a real reason to conclude this isn’t Michael, then I’ll continue to refer to him as Michael. Anonymity sucks when you want to suddenly be a particular person or type of person. If he wants to clear this up we can arrange some sort of meeting on my terms that can verify his identity.
