There's very little to nothing there. Fancy math doesn't have inherently significant meaning. In fact, the fancier and more complex the math, often times the less meaning is present per bit of information; its ratio of developmental influence to content reaches zero.

*sigh* I sound like one of them, just in the opposite direction. I'm aghast at what people are willing to muck around with, writing papers over statistical models bc they can't understand how they work due to the magnitude of calculations.
It seems like a waste of time to me.
