I liked my technology paraprofessional job with the school district. Unfortunately, I didn't *really* live there anymore. I lived on the front range. For the period of time of my employment I would 'camp out' at my childhood home for each school day (it was a 4 day week).

It became clear that couldn't last more than one year, but one year was all I really wanted anyway just to see.
I was praised with letters of very high regard when I left. My supervisor, Mrs. Woolley, said I was the employee that caused her the fewest headaches.

I asked why, and she told me it was because I didn't start fires, I nipped problems in the bud, I didn't do anything outside my realm of knowledge and instead asked when I didn't know, and I didn't cause problems between the users and the machines for her to have to fix.
